Calendar subscriptions

Add your section calendar

Each section has its own private ScoutTracker calendar link. Subscribe once to see its published events in your calendar app.

Get the private link from ScoutTracker

Calendar subscription URLs are private member links. Get yours while signed in and do not share it publicly.

Google Calendar

Add it from a URL

These steps add your section’s events without publishing its private calendar address on this website.

  1. Sign in to ScoutTracker.
  2. Open Schedule, then choose Subscribe.
  3. Copy the URL for your section’s events. Do not use the birthday or Scouter Events calendars.
  4. Sign in to Google Calendar on a computer.
  5. Beside “Other calendars” in the left sidebar, select the plus sign.
  6. Choose “From URL”.
  7. Paste the events URL from ScoutTracker and select “Add calendar”.

Subscribed calendars update automatically, but Google Calendar can take up to 24 hours to show a new or changed ScoutTracker event.
